Making of the iron lady: Part 1; Day 1

We finally did ‘it’ – Me and a medico friend who lives with me.. After much wavering and no serious thought, we finally did ‘it’. Who gives a rat’s ass to what happens after.  I meant the gym – What were YOU thinking ? :o)

We finally made the voyage to the fitness center, made a short enquiry there and after giving a little bit of yada yada sales pitch (Package for body toning, weight loss, fat burning, combi pack, quarterly membership, half-yearly membership, discount for couples etc..) that chap at the front desk did the registration -  of course, after I coughed up some 2K. May be this is actually a start. But then may be the money will go down the drain. Anyway, I feel good already about it.  The first step is to get rid of my lower back pain and the flab that is beginning to gather around my tummy and bring good ol’ buddy Flexibility back into mah life !
