Today was the day

And the gym finally happened today !

Being the first day, it was quite basic – More of flexing than any working out – some cardio, abductor, little bit of weights.

    Wow! Great news …I’m Happy :) Do you have a personal trainer? I mean One person dedicated for you as long you are in Gym? Let me give you few tips (Ignore if you don’t like them :))

    * Try to concentrate on Back Exercises.
    * Whenever you do any exercise concentrate ONLY on your body and breathing…No other thoughts. For ex. When you do back bending exercises listen and observe your back….
    * Define Time/count for everything you do, so that you can rise the bar and make your work out more intresting later! (Assuming you regular until “later” point :p )
    * Drink lots of water

    To add to anu’s comment.
    push yourself as much as you can.

    One caution though. If you feel pain just take the advice of the instructor to check if you doing it the right way. (Doing it wrong is more harmful than not doing at all). [my suggestion though you never asked for one, take a PT for a short time, get to know proper ways of doing things]

    by the way which gym do you go to?
